My biggest take away is the timing and patience. Thus far I have always traded the whole day and would get frustrated. Just the small shift of moving to 930-11ish has changed my mentality (and my win rate!) Additionally, as you referenced yesterday - I removed my mindset of timelines! I have always set a goal with a timeline, but the reality is that is just not practical. I created unrealistic expectations or added unneeded pressure on myself. It’s amazing how such a small change has given me so much peace already. Make trading a business plan. My plan is to win and equally fail and to stick to my strategy that I have seen success with under the right mindset and emotional control. Thank you Kyle!

There are many external factors that are constantly driving change and our job is to understand them and potential solutions. Gold and Digital Currencies are global assets that are important for diversity purposes. And finally, I am sick and tired of being part of the percent of people that are making just enough. It’s time to jump on the ladder because what I’m doing now isn’t going to work.
