@Dalton Vance that's a fantastic question, and a perfect answer. 🏆 Yes, a Wholesaler reaches out when they get a deal, we put the EMD down for them, and they go look for an end-buyer. ⭐ If they don't find one, we get our money back and they don't pay a lending fee. ⭐ If they do find one, and collect an assignment fee, then we collect a lending fee.
