With the season over and most competitions decided time to focus on next season and the aspects that we need to improve

Your mental state and self talk dictates your play - However - It’s VERY difficult if every shot is shit to not adopt a negative mindset. This can only be overcome by adopting the “This is how the game MUST be played” mindset. You go for shots regardless of previous misses. You ignore those misses and people saying be positive or it’s only a game or other sound bites. You trust in your ability and double down on what’s working and make strategic swops and tactical decisions based on that days play whilst maintaining a position of control over the mind
