Legs, legs and more legs
First session since injuring my finger, of course it was legs day lol 1. Pistol squat leans- trying to build strength at the bottom for dragon squats 2. Dragon squat- had to be mindful of not putting the hand down on the left side. 3. Pistol squats 4. Shrimp squats- had to get creative on the left side cause I couldn’t hold my foot so rigged up a band over my foot so I could hold with the other hand, this was pretty interesting lol 5. Hamstring curls using foam roller 6. Reverse Nordic 7. Step ups

@Atul V.k We had a phrase for that workout...H & H...Hercules on top, Howdy Doody on the bottom....just giving you a hard time...besides total body balance, the other 1 reasons to train lower body are 1) Complete your total body core strength, tie everything together! 2) If you are trying to gain mass in your upper body, hormone response is greater doing higher load, lower body exercise! it impacts the entire body!
