@Atul V.k We had a phrase for that workout...H & H...Hercules on top, Howdy Doody on the bottom....just giving you a hard time...besides total body balance, the other 1 reasons to train lower body are 1) Complete your total body core strength, tie everything together! 2) If you are trying to gain mass in your upper body, hormone response is greater doing higher load, lower body exercise! it impacts the entire body!
