When staying put starts costing more than moving forward
Most capable entrepreneurs are hesitating, not STUCK. Not because they don’t know what to do. But because the business currently depends on them more than it should. So they pause: - on hiring - on investing - on making the move they know they need - on mentorship They pause because the next level feels heavier than the last one because it's unknown. Here’s the reframe I want you to sit with: As an entrepreneur, the problem isn't ambition, it's the cost of how you’re achieving it. If staying “as is” has started to feel expensive, in energy, time, or life, that’s not something to push through. That’s something to redesign. And if you're feeling it, maybe it's your time to make moves. Anyone relate to this?

If I see a need, I tend to jump and then figure out if a problem arises. SO it s good and bad, I have met the immediate need, but then have problems to solve at times.
Something I’ve been reflecting on after last week’s in person event:
Most entrepreneurs don’t struggle because they lack discipline and they definitely don't lack ideas! They struggle because they’re trying to make decisions without clarity. Once clarity hits, everything accelerates... decisions, systems, even revenue. Then it feels lighter, not heavier. I’m curious: Where do you feel the most friction right now in your business? • Making decisions • Knowing what to prioritize • Translating effort into results Or maybe just shutting down the noise? Drop it below — I want to see the patterns.

Translating efforts - I get results, but like to see more!

I haven’t promoted inside this space but wanted to share- But since there are several of you here who are local, I wanted to share this in context. On Thursday morning I’m hosting a small, in-person event for entrepreneurs. This isn’t a motivational workshop. And it’s not about adding more tactics. It’s about stepping outside the bottle long enough to see:• what’s misaligned• what’s overbuilt• and where effort is leaking instead of compounding. Or maybe it will show you where it's going well and you're on the right track. I’m attaching the flyer below so you have the details.

Can you give a little more lead time next time?
fear of change?
Just my thoughts today... Feeling burned by a client who signed my proposal last week and now today called me and cancelled with the reason that it was too much change. He talk fast and then hung up without giving me a response minute. Even though they had presented to me they desperately needed help and lots of it. SO, I put a strong team of mine on it, introduced them, made a plan to get them off their legacy software that is phasing out( QB desk top) - anyway feeling bummed and rejected that they did change their mind somehow along the way. I believe it is basically fear of change.

A quick note
I want to take a minute to share about this space — especially as more people find their way here. This is not a place to perform, or to “have the right answer.” And it’s definitely not a place to wait until things feel perfect before you speak. This space exists so you can:• notice patterns• ask better questions• articulate what feels off (even if you can’t name it yet) Most entrepreneurs stay quiet because they think they need clarity before they speak. In reality, clarity comes after you say the thing out loud. So here’s how to engage here:• short thoughts are welcome• half-formed questions are welcome• reflections > explanations If something resonates, a simple “this landed” is enough. No pressure. No noise.Just proximity, perspective, and better thinking. Entrepreneurship can be tricky to navigate and it can feel lonely. My goal is to give you a place to throw things out there, feel supported and to see that this journey can truly be fun.
