General response here without knowing your situation or any pre existing conditions you would need to consider: if you’re looking for a lift in energy and metabolism, a good place to start is with peptides that work on the mitochondria, since those are your body’s energy factories. MOTS-c and SS-31 are both well-regarded for helping with steady energy and reducing that afternoon crash feeling. To add more of a metabolic push, 5-Amino-1MQ is another option since it supports NAD⁺ balance and can help both with fat metabolism and daily energy levels. It’s also worth remembering that for many women, quality sleep and hormone balance are huge factors in how energized you feel day to day. That’s where something like DSIP or Sermorelin can be helpful — not because they act like a stimulant, but because deeper sleep makes your metabolism and energy more resilient. A lot of women do best when they pair one daytime peptide for energy and metabolism with one nighttime peptide that helps with recovery, so you’re supporting both sides of the equation. A quick example of how to use day/night: During the day, something like MOTS-c a few times a week in the morning can give your mitochondria a boost and help with fat metabolism, and 5-Amino-1MQ daily can support your NAD⁺ pathways for steady energy. At night, it’s about recovery. Sermorelin before bed can encourage natural growth hormone release, which helps with sleep, recovery, and metabolism, while DSIP a couple nights a week can calm things down and deepen sleep cycles. That kind of approach gives you a lift in the daytime while making sure your body is actually recharging overnight, which for women tends to work much better long-term than just chasing “more energy” during the day. I know sermorelin is normally talked about for men but it’s absolutely not just for men. It stimulates your body’s own natural GH pulses instead of forcing big surges. Both men and women experience a decline in natural GH as they age, and that decline can impact sleep quality, recovery, body composition, and skin health. For women, Sermorelin is often used to support better sleep, lean body composition, recovery after workouts, and healthy skin tone.

Placed a quick Reta order as a test: was easy, fast, and completely seamless! Will definitely move them to the top section of my research company preferreds!

Yes. In fact it was taken with Sema during the clinical 1b trials focused on dosing strategies. My gf takes it as she’s moved over from a higher dose of Tirz to Reta and had some food noise and it was a great help.
Skin hypersensitivity?
I recently upped my retatrutide dose and I'm noticing extreme sensitivity. It's very difficult to describe but it's kind of like extended goosebumps. My arm hairs are constantly getting tingled. It's very unpleasant, though not painful exactly. I also feel unreasonably cold. I just started semax also, but couldn't find correlation there online. There's documentation about glp having this effect on a relatively low number of people. Anyone else?

What seems to be going on is your body adjusting to both the medication and, for a lot of people, the changes that come with quick fat loss. The good news is that it usually settles down over time as things stabilize. Staying hydrated, keeping your electrolytes balanced, and making sure you’re eating enough protein and healthy fats can really help. Some people also find that simple things like a cool shower or soothing lotion take the edge off. If it ever becomes more than mild or hangs around, it’s worth mentioning to your provider just to be safe, but for most this is a temporary bump in the road. The hydration and proper protein intake helped solve this for me. But it took some time

What good for energy? I tried the slupp -332 and it did nothing for me looking for recommendations

Without knowing your full background or if there are any underlying conditions at play, I can share a few directions people often explore when energy is the main focus. There are peptides that support cellular energy production directly, like MOTS-c and SS-31, which help the mitochondria work more efficiently and can translate into better stamina throughout the day. Others, like 5-Amino-1MQ or NAD⁺ related therapies, work by improving metabolic pathways tied to energy and recovery. On the other side of the coin, sometimes what feels like low energy is really tied to poor sleep quality, so looking at something like DSIP or even Sermorelin (which can deepen sleep and support growth hormone release) can make a big difference in how recharged you feel. The most well-rounded approach tends to be stacking one peptide that helps boost cellular energy and metabolism with one that supports sleep and recovery, so you are covering both sides of the equation. That way you are not just looking for a daytime “boost,” but also building a foundation that lets your body recharge properly at night. I was excited to see Soma Chems offering CRL-40491 which is supposed to really spike your alertness, but it was a total dud for me. Tried low, med, and high doses out of the dropper and sadly all I got out of it was an awful taste. All that to say, everyone will have differing results. Hope you find something that works for your goals!
