Skin hypersensitivity?

I recently upped my retatrutide dose and I'm noticing extreme sensitivity. It's very difficult to describe but it's kind of like extended goosebumps. My arm hairs are constantly getting tingled. It's very unpleasant, though not painful exactly. I also feel unreasonably cold. I just started semax also, but couldn't find correlation there online. There's documentation about glp having this effect on a relatively low number of people. Anyone else?
