im pulling absantee 30+% equity, contact has phone number, contact is likely the owner, last sale before 2022, and not cooperate owned off deal machine. Doing so gives me about 1000-3000 leads per county in the state I’m doing rn (Indiana) and scrubbing DNC numbers also just cut my list in half further. Is what I’m doing rn sound like what im supposed to be doing cause I feel like I should be having more leads to text per county.

What is the work around with this because I see people online just pulling lists and cold sms texting that whole list. Are they just doing it illegally or what?
