We’ve got centuries of paying attention
For thousands of years, many people began noticing something remarkable. Certain plants helped with rest. Others helped with focus. Some brought comfort during times of grief. Other plants eased the tension that comes from carrying too much for too long. They didn’t have MRI scanners or gas chromatography. They had observation. Generation after generation, they paid attention to what happened when people breathed in the aroma of certain plants! Today, we have something they didn’t. Modern science is helping explain why many of those observations made sense. Researchers are studying how aromatic compounds interact with our sense of smell, the limbic system, emotions, memory, and the body’s stress response. For me, it isn’t a choice between ancient wisdom and modern science. The two belong together. I appreciate the centuries of careful observation that came before us, and I’m grateful for the research that continues to deepen our understanding today. That’s why I love Aromatherapy! It honors both tradition and evidence. 🧐Have you ever wondered how people first discovered the remarkable properties of these plants? Peek us at Essence and Ease Skool

You posted an offer in your Skool community and heard crickets. Here's why.
Gary Vaynerchuk described it as jab, jab, jab, right hook. Give value three times before you ask for anything. It sounds simple. Most community owners ignore it entirely😒 The pattern I see repeatedly is owners who launch a Skool community, post an offer in week one, get no takers, and conclude that Skool doesn't convert. But the sequence is wrong, not the platform. Their audience doesn't know them yet. There's no trust built, no goodwill in the account. The ask comes before anyone has a reason to say yes. The jab isn't a tease. It isn't a "valuable" post that withholds the actual insight. It's a complete piece of help that lands in someone's lap and makes them better at something before they've spent a penny. Do that three times and the right hook, the offer, the invitation, the ask, lands in a completely different way. They've already decided you're worth listening to. The owners who convert consistently aren't the ones with the slickest sales pages. They're the ones who were useful before they were commercial. If you're at the stage where you're building a Skool community and trying to turn it into consistent monthly revenue, that's exactly what we work on inside the Skool Monetisation Lab. https://www.skool.com/skool-growth-lab-2540/about Des Dreckett - Skool Monetisation Lab

@Lydia Lowery Busler absolutely!
For coaches creating coaching programs and offers 💕
Creating a coaching program or offer can feel a bit like trying to build IKEA furniture with all the pieces tipped out on the floor at once 😅 You know what you’re trying to build… But then come the questions: - Which pieces do I actually need? - Which ones are extra? - Where does this bit go? - And how do I turn all of this into something that feels useful? That’s exactly why I created the Coaching Resource Room. It’s a community for coaches who are building programs and signature offers for their audiences. Inside, we help you sort through the pieces, make sense of your ideas, and turn them into something amazing. You’ll also get a free coaching workbook that you can adapt, brand, and use with your own clients - a bit like having a ready-made starter kit you can make your own. So if you’re a coach and you’re just starting out, or you’re sitting in the middle of the floor surrounded by all the pieces, you’re very welcome to join us here 💕 Join the Coaching Resource Room 🥰

For coaches creating a signature coaching program 💕
Creating a signature coaching program can feel a bit like having 27 tabs open in your brain at the same time 😅 You know what you want to help people with… but then come the questions: - What should I include? - How much is too much? - How do I turn this into something people can use? I run a community called the Coaching Resource Room for coaches who are creating programs and signature offers for their work. Inside, we share ideas, coaching tools, workbooks, and support. You’ll also get a free coaching workbook that you can adapt, brand, and use with your own clients. If you're a coach and just starting or in the middle of creating something great, you're very welcome to join us here 💕
