You can also try to use the momentum of your legs from time to time just to be able to get your shoulders to get the feel of it...it'll look or rather feel like your trying to stomp on the air like a boost..hope this helps...try it out and let us know how's it turning out

Hey everyone. If you were going from one progression to another, would you attempt the next progression once a week then after two weeks put it twice/thrice or would it be at the start of every session? What do you think

@Freddie Harry thanks for the check up Freddie🙏🫡 I'm doing great and the progress is going great✨ finally got consistent 2 sec from set to set in advanced tuck pl🙂 Honestly the community here isn't really interactive🥲I'm usually in Daniel Hristov's community cos of how the people are able to answer but I really admire hunter it's just that people over here aren't really social as much ig? But yeah😂

I'm trying to get back as quickly but as safely as I can to get back my level and it's honestly been fun ngl... I'm still far from full planche but I'm one step closer than I was yesterday and the injuries are stepping down🙂I couldn't imagine this kind of relief starting this year🫡 but here we are
