The process has almost become a assortment of questions, quizzes or even using a chat bot to answer questions. Last night she took part in a recorded interview for a large supermarket. She was asked two questions and her response was recorded for 60 seconds which will likely be analysed by AI. Do you think this is a step to far or should AI be used to select appropriate candidates for a job?
