📌 What Happens When… (Monthly Experiment)
Each month inside Realtor Skool, I’ll run one real-world “What Happens When…” experiment — and you’re invited to run it with me. This isn’t training or theory, its about doing one proactive action and seeing what actually happens in real business. How this works: - I share the experiment - I run it myself - You can run it too (or just watch) - We share results inside the community We’ll focus on: - Conversations created - Buyers or sellers surfaced - Whether it was worth the effort 👉 This month’s experiment is live — testing what happens when listing photos are withheld until after the open house with a cheeky listing description on MLS. This is kind of a cool idea. It forces people to get in the car and MOVE if they want to see it. The only problem is if they show up and the house is a beater. If it's a winner it could really pop the WOW factor.
📌 2026 Direction for Realtor Skool
After a lot of reflection, prayer, and real-world experience, one thing has become very clear to me: 👉 Most Realtors don’t need more content. 👉 They need better implementation of the right things. So heading into 2026, Realtor Skool is shifting into a more intentional, transformational direction. 🔁 How this will work moving forward Each week, I’ll be sharing one high-impact tweak — a practical adjustment that improves: - Client experience (WOW Them moments) - Efficiency and smart systems - Leadership presence - Long-term relationship building These aren’t trends or busy work. They’re the kinds of changes that reduce chaos, save time, and compound when implemented consistently. 📺 Where the content will live - The full weekly video will be uploaded here inside Realtor Skool Community and via YouTube. - YouTube (public) is where the idea is introduced. - Realtor Skool (HERE) is where the implementation, discussion, and refinement happens. Inside the community, I’ll elaborate on each weekly topic with: - Implementation prompts - Examples and real-life context - Follow-up guidance and refinements - Monthly training sessions, especially around systems like Boards, Trello, and experience design (because these tools are always evolving and improving) 🧠 What to expect (and what not to) This approach is: ✔️ Practical ✔️ Experience-driven ✔️ Leadership-focused ✔️ Built for real life and real businesses It is not: ❌ A rigid program ❌ A pressure-filled challenge ❌ A “do everything” model You don’t need to implement everything. Thank you, Michelle. I watched your BOARDS presentation on Friday and thought it was all brilliant. I found myself creating a BOARDS account and thought "this is nuts, I can't implement all of that and work on SOI, scripts, Google Reviews, etc!" I even skipped our team meeting this morning because I dreaded all the new information that would drop into my head. Yes, LESS IS MORE. One truly ACTIONABLE item per week, like building blocks, would be plenty.
