šŸ“Œ 2026 Direction for Realtor Skool
After a lot of reflection, prayer, and real-world experience, one thing has become very clear to me: šŸ‘‰ Most Realtors don’t need more content. šŸ‘‰ They need better implementation of the right things. So heading into 2026, Realtor Skool is shifting into a more intentional, transformational direction. šŸ” How this will work moving forward Each week, I’ll be sharing one high-impact tweak — a practical adjustment that improves: - Client experience (WOW Them moments) - Efficiency and smart systems - Leadership presence - Long-term relationship building These aren’t trends or busy work. They’re the kinds of changes that reduce chaos, save time, and compound when implemented consistently. šŸ“ŗ Where the content will live - The full weekly video will be uploaded here inside Realtor Skool Community and via YouTube. - YouTube (public) is where the idea is introduced. - Realtor Skool (HERE) is where the implementation, discussion, and refinement happens. Inside the community, I’ll elaborate on each weekly topic with: - Implementation prompts - Examples and real-life context - Follow-up guidance and refinements - Monthly training sessions, especially around systems like Boards, Trello, and experience design (because these tools are always evolving and improving) 🧠 What to expect (and what not to) This approach is: āœ”ļø Practical āœ”ļø Experience-driven āœ”ļø Leadership-focused āœ”ļø Built for real life and real businesses It is not: āŒ A rigid program āŒ A pressure-filled challenge āŒ A ā€œdo everythingā€ model You don’t need to implement everything. If you implement even a portion of these well, your business will change. šŸ¤ Why I’m doing this I deeply respect your time and energy as a Realtor. This direction is about: - Eliminating wasted effort - Helping you lead with more clarity and confidence - Building a business that feels aligned, intentional, and sustainable I’m really excited about where this is heading — and I’m grateful you’re here, doing the work and building something that lasts.

What I Did With Years of Forgotten Files
I recently opened a box of old listing lead files that had been sitting untouched for years — and instead of tossing them, I decided to put them to work. šŸ“¦ Here's exactly what I did: āœ… Used Geo Warehouse to check whether each contact still owned their home āœ… Anyone who had already moved — I let those files go (missed opportunities, and that's on me) āœ… Everyone still in their home? They're getting a personal letter from me this week The letter is handwritten-style, customized with their name at the top, signed by me at the bottom. Inside I included: → My business card → A card reminding them about my referral program → My VIP+ Club card (free to sign up and use) No pitch. No pressure. Just a genuine touchpoint reconnecting with people I'd already built rapport with. I'm dropping 20+ of these at the post office tomorrow. šŸ“¬ Will it lead to listings? Maybe. But even if it sparks one conversation, it's worth it — because these aren't cold leads. These are people I've already sat across from. I'll report back with results. Has anyone else done something similar with old files? šŸ‘‡
What I Did With Years of Forgotten Files
One Day Isn't Coming. Here's the Truth.
"One day I'll get serious about content." "One day I'll figure out YouTube." "One day I'll set up my CRM properly." "One day, when things slow down, I'll build a real lead gen system." I need to say something that might sting a little. šŸ‘‡ Things never slow down. And "one day" isn't coming. One day has no date attached to it. And without a date, it's just a decision you keep pushing off — a comfortable story that lets you avoid deciding right now. Meanwhile, the agent in your market who got serious 6 months ago? They're waking up to inbound leads. Not cold calling. Not chasing. Not wondering where the next deal is coming from. They built the system. That's it. That's the whole difference. Not talent. Not luck. Not a better market or a bigger database. A system. So let me ask you directly — what's the "one day" thing you keep putting off? Drop it below. No judgment. Let's figure out how to put a date on it. šŸ‘‡

⭐ Small Shift. Big Payoff.
Most agents focus on the transaction. The agents building long-term businesses focus on the relationship foundation first. One of the simplest ways to do that? Create a client questionnaire that helps you understand your clients as PEOPLE — not just buyers or sellers. When you know things like: āœ”ļø what matters to them āœ”ļø their kids & pets names āœ”ļø their lifestyle & interests āœ”ļø the little details that make them feel seen You naturally create better conversations, stronger trust, and more opportunities for personalized WOW moments. And those small moments are what lead to: šŸ”„ Easier deals šŸ”„ Stronger relationships šŸ”„ Repeat clients šŸ”„ Referrals without asking This is a small tweak most agents skip… but it compounds FAST. I’m giving you full permission to rip off and duplicate my list — use it, adapt it, make it your own. šŸ‘Š If you want my template, let me know below ā¬‡ļø (I build mine inside Boards because it makes implementation simple.)
🚨 Boards Training Reminder 🚨
Just a quick nudge that our Boards Training is happening Tuesday, February 3rd at 11:00 AM šŸ—“ļø This session is all about: - Using Boards strategically (not just ā€œhavingā€ them) - Creating smoother Buyer & Seller experiences - Saving time while looking more professional - Turning your Boards into a true business asset šŸ‘‰ No link needed here — you can access the training directly through the Community Calendar inside Realtor Skool. If you’ve been: - Feeling like your systems are a bit scattered - Wanting your process to feel more elevated - Or wondering how I actually use Boards in my business… This one’s for you. šŸ’” Bonus for those not on Boards yet: If you decide to sign up for Boards using my link, you’ll save 20% on your subscription. You can sign up anytime at šŸ‘‰ getboards.ca (Just make sure you’re using my link to lock in the savings.) See you there šŸ‘‹
