Normalize Selling in Your Community
Hey Offer Launchers! (LOL… do we like that name? Every good group needs its own identity. It creates culture. And I kind of love that this space has a different vibe from Next Level Fam.) But that’s not actually what this post is about. I shared part of this inside Next Level, but it’s worth repeating—because sometimes we don’t just need new strategies… we need a mindset reset. Here’s the some truth bombing 💣: Sometimes results aren’t our fault. And sometimes… they are. Most of the time? We’re just getting in our own way. If you have a negative mindset around selling, that’s the bottleneck. Not your audience. Not the algorithm. Not the platform. You. If you genuinely have something that serves your people, then selling is a service. Period. It’s not money grabbing. It’s not gatekeeping. It’s not being “salesy.” It’s service. And that includes having clarity on what to sell and how to sell it. When you truly frame it that way, something shifts. You actually want to sell more—because you understand that selling equals helping. Now let me ground this in reality. Across 7 launches (and relaunches) on Skool—even when I had as few as 44 members—I’ve almost always sold at least one offer during a launch. (First and third launch? No sales. Yep. That happened.) It wasn’t luck. It was how I approached selling. I work the launch with confidence, a heart of service, and a commitment to finish the process—even when it feels uncomfortable. I stay flexible, but I don’t disappear. I complete the launch. And that completion builds trust. Because knowing what to sell isn’t enough. You also have to know how to walk people through the decision process in a clear, repeatable way. Here are some truths you need to understand about selling inside a community: • You need to hit all parts of the buyer journey—even if people don’t read every post. • Repetition builds clarity. You must repeat your offer details. • Consistency builds trust.

@Mona Weathers This community could not have come at a better time! I have been doing what I do for the past four years, and I have never truly allowed myself to "LAUNCH" Or really sell anything. It's always been very sporadic. I actually just made a post in Skoolers. LOL. My question is, I get that we need to normalize selling in our community, but I'm trying to figure out my cadence for posting. I'm wondering your thoughts. I Made a Mistake!
@Pamela Krista has been moving through the 4 Phases quickly and pointed out Phase 3 Launching the Offer is duplicate content. I got my wires crossed somewhere and put the wrong info in that course. I’ll be updating it ASAP! If you find any mistake like that please let me know!

Welcome! 👋 Important Info + Introductions
Hey Offer Launchers 👋 I’m so excited you’re here — welcome to Offers To Launch! 🚀 This community is all about one thing: creating, launching, and selling offers that actually work — with strategy and confidence. A few important things to know as you get settled in: How this community works - This is a public community, but most courses inside the classroom are locked at Level 1. - I’ve intentionally left three courses open so visitors can see how this space works: - Please make Start Here your first stop after this post. - This community has very specific guidelines so we can stay focused on one clear topic and keep the content high-value for everyone. If you’re looking for broader business conversations, solopreneur life, or general strategy discussions, be sure to also join Next Level Creator Hub — that’s where the wider conversations live. First Steps 👇 Introduce yourself in the comments below (remember — this is public, so write it clearly for visitors too): Please include: - Your community name + link - Who your community is for - Community type: Free, Freemium, or Paid - Answer the poll question 👉 What part of selling feels heavy to you right now? I can’t wait to see what you’re building — and to help you turn it into an offer people say, “yes please!”. Now go to START HERE. Let’s launch 🚀 P.S. I'll be using this post to tag new members in the comments as they join. 😊
