@Growvia Web-solutions I was working for an SEO company. We would cold call business owners. The product was of value to them; which did allow me to have success in the sale; but, of course, only when you could find someone open minded enough to just listen for a few brief moments. That, quite honestly, was frustrating and annoying to know the product would actually add value to their business, but yet, most of the time, they would choose not to move, not to test unknown waters. The biggest reason I left was because the company I worked for was extreme high pressure and hard core about producing results, ethically or not. Definitely wasn’t for the “get the sale whatever it takes” philosophy they promoted. I know not all sales positions are like that; but my personal experience with it, led me to shut that door.
Little things that matter
Doing more volume is a very good approach towards work but with what energy are you doing this volume?, with what mindset?, are you truly expecting a positive outcome? These things, as little as they might seem, matters a lot in getting the result we want.
