Thank you all for your comments, messages and wishes. This weeks activation call will not be taking place as I sit here tapping into my energy it would not be beneficial to hold that call. I want the best for each and every one of you and therefore I am not wanting to unconsciously have you accepting anything less. I will be back next week and taking this time to reset. I wanted to take a moment for you all to say that I am deeply sorry for not showing up over the past week. Regardless of what is happening here that is unfair on you all. So for this week I will probably be taking some time to breathe and reset and appreciate each and everyone of you for your patience and understanding. Thanking all of you in advance as we progress through this week one step at a time. Thank you each and everyone of you.

What a wonderful day to be alive and thriving. Today is a reminder that even through our sacrifices and challenges, purpose and hope can still be true. For some (the tiny humans in our lives) it's about the chocolate but for many it's the true reminder of the purpose of life. And for others it's bracing for what's next and the not so happy memories, it's the homeless out in the cold, it's the violence in homes and around the world, it's the financial pressure. It's also a day that invites us to pause and reflect on what truly matters in our own lives Not the rush and hustle and bustle. Not the stress. But the moments that fill our hearts… family, love, peace, and gratitude. Life was never meant to be lived on autopilot. It was meant to be experienced fully, with intention and appreciation for every blessing along the way. Today, take a moment to slow down, be present, and honour the gift of life itself. May we give thoughts and prayers today for all that has been sacrificed and send prayers to all those who are at risk because remembering the purpose of today is not about the holiday, it's not about the chocolate (maybe for the babies), it's about sending prayers world wide to all those in need. Today we want join hands and collectively be thankful for the blessings we received and be grateful for this life as there are so many who have sacrificed for us.
