I used to be terrible at getting feedback (and many of us aren't great at giving it) I have learned three things: Don't criticise the person, evaluate the behaviour. Always receive Feedback with a Thank You and if necessary a non-judging clarification question so you understand better. Ask for feedback in a quiet moment from people you can trust to be honest in YOUR best interest (not theirs). What else have you learned over the years?

I have a long but incomplete list of values in a word document, however, I want us to share those that come to mind, whether they are your priority or not, so we begin to dig through our minds and massage our minds a little.
