3 Steps to Stop Sweet Cravings
Sugar cravings aren’t just about willpower. They can be a sign that your body needs more protein, more water, or a break from the constant cycle of eating sweets. There are many reasons why sweet cravings might be there… But here are a couple of tips to help curb them. These three simple steps can help you reduce sugar cravings naturally: eat more protein—especially at breakfast, drink more water, and gradually cut back on sweets until the cravings are under control. It may seem logical to reach for fruit when you want something sweet, but for some people, even fruit can keep the craving cycle going. Try focusing on balanced meals with enough protein and notice whether your cravings begin to ease. Small changes can make a big difference. You are sweet enough as you are!

@Benita Königbauer I used the Keto until it stopped working, also. My problem is I used to be a vegetarian because of my love of animals. I ended up with a bad case of anemia, where I was passing out and other side effects. I slowly started eating meat again and that stopped but | am feeling bad about eating living beings, again. I went from one extreme to the other. I have to find a middle ground.

Have you taken the body type quiz, you can find it in the classroom. Does the description / personality of your body type fit?

I came up Athena. The sleep question threw me off because I have a terrible time sleeping. I take meds to sleep and then sleep for 4 hours then wake up and have to take more med to go back to sleep. I am not sure how restul that would be onsidered.

@Benita Königbauer "introverted introvert socially awkward hermit crab, who likes to be on her own and enjoys the absence of people. I do enjoy the company of select people or pets around me though and I deeply care about them. " That is exactly me, also!
