My biggest need when I wake in the morning, not only for my fiscal health, but for my brain health, is hydration. For me, I think hydration is the number one goal that helps me not only physically, but helps me to remain connected to my personal goals and to distress my life as I go through throughout my day. Instead of trying to immediately meet needs of my mom or myself, or my food needs, I think it is important for me to be sure that I start out very well hydrated and keep that as my number one goal throughout the day.
