How can a business owner best balance providing the chat bots with enough information for 👍🏻 customized output, and maintaining professional role assignment boundaries? I’d prefer that they not know all of my personal life details that aren’t already out there.

How can I know which ones (that I signed up for a forgettably long time ago) could still be worth the time, and which ones despite high commissions have a lot of requirements and are not?
My 9 Foundational Questions answers and gaps
1. Values: community, validation  2. Overall $ goal: getting myself off Disability benefits and be sustainably financially independent  3. Measurable? Yes/?  I don’t know which milestone metric pairs best with a social impact goal. 4. Problem I solve:  brain injury recovery resource gaps  5. How: community and functional medicine provider directory (methodology) 6. Who is it for: brain injury survivors and their caregivers  7. Sales plan? 8. Marketing/enrollment plan: podcast & event guest speaking, my show  9. Finding warm leads & partners  My gaps: Creating an effective email/communications and follow up system seems draining now, even if it’s just upfront setup. Emphasis on “getting that right the first time so nothing needs to be redone later, or making it simple enough if it does”

@Michael Whitehouse currently, the Facebook group. It’s been suggested (again ?) that if the main source of income for the business will be integrative medicine provider directory listings, then those enrollments are my best focus in the business. It’s looking like if I don’t want to do all the things in my business starting out, it won’t get off the ground, and why bother….like I only feel adequately qualified to do one thing, and might as well just be an employee. There probably are creative ways to restructure a small business to be more situationally supportive for me, though I haven’t know how/what to ask about that locally.

How will I know if a “90-Minute Create & Sell Sprint! 48 hour flash sale!” Is a 9 questions answer, or shiny distraction?

Is no action at all a worse bet than action without cohesive strategy/“busywork”? “Not functioning as well from a low energy situation” is a given, though in terms of having a system set up to do the heavy lifting for me during those situations …I don’t, and would prefer to. Supportive for now: human-verified subscription criteria to see if the content and offer align with/match my business needs and goals. I’ll start with “no downloadable gifts unless specifically looking something “
The Nine Foundational Questions of Business Success
One of the fundamental concepts I teach are the Nine Foundational Questions of Business Success. Over the years, I watched entrepreneurs invest their time, money, and energy in all the wrong things, solving the wrong problems, and ignoring their blindspots. The following nine questions will help you identify where you are strong, and where you need to focus. There's no right or wrong way to do it, but by answering them, you'll get a sense of which questions make you say, "Yeah! I got this" and which ones make you say, "Um, well, um, er" 1. What are your values? 2. What is the big goal? 3. How do you know when you are successful? 4. What problem do you solve? 5. How do you solve it? 6. Whom do you solve it for? 7. How do you sell it? 8. How do you invite people to sell it to? 9. How do you find those people? If you'd like to share your answers in the comments, go for it! Even if you don't want to answer them all, share, Which questions do you feel are your areas for improvement?

I have an LLC, business checking account , website, CRM (approximately $600 total invested in this infrastructure over a few years) un monetized Facebook group and video podcast…I did the “build something and the next steps will come” thing, though it seems like a caveat to “imperfect action” is at least an idea of which step in the process it is. Business architecture goof. Professional guidance on “focused market research for concept validation-pre sales” is what’s been and still is needed, not to mention clarity on where my speaking can best lead the ideal audience.
