One of the fundamental concepts I teach are the Nine Foundational Questions of Business Success.
Over the years, I watched entrepreneurs invest their time, money, and energy in all the wrong things, solving the wrong problems, and ignoring their blindspots.
The following nine questions will help you identify where you are strong, and where you need to focus. There's no right or wrong way to do it, but by answering them, you'll get a sense of which questions make you say, "Yeah! I got this" and which ones make you say, "Um, well, um, er"
- What are your values?
- What is the big goal?
- How do you know when you are successful?
- What problem do you solve?
- How do you solve it?
- Whom do you solve it for?
- How do you sell it?
- How do you invite people to sell it to?
- How do you find those people?
If you'd like to share your answers in the comments, go for it!
Even if you don't want to answer them all, share,
Which questions do you feel are your areas for improvement?
