Questions for the Doctor:
Hey guys!!! I will be Zooming with the doctor for our podcast. If you have a question that you would like to ask, please drop it below, and I will try to get as many asked as possible. If it's about a stack, please put all info around the stack, ie, your size, what your goals are, eating/working out? Stuff like that. I will need those questions in the next 48 hours. thanks!

Would love to know more about how to make some GLPs work better if you have MTHFR (both genes) and/or to have less side effects. Thanks ;)
Avoid losing your muscle
Ok, my story has been a 3 year journey so far. And I switched to Retatrutide last August. While I was losing the weight I wanted to lose I started to see a little flab that I didn’t have before. So I wanted to then ‘tone’ up. I started lifting and working out 5 days a week consistently for MONTHS. I had my body tested every few months and I had lost weight but NOT body fat %. So that meant that my body was eating my muscles. So I did a deep dive and found out that it is SOOOOO super important to get the protein in every day that your body needs. You need about 1 gram of protein PER your body weight per day. And I thought ‘there is no way I can do that on Retatrutide!!’ 😂😂 So I started logging it!!! 130 grams of protein a day. NO MATTER WHAT. And guess what???? The first 30 days I lost 4% body fat!!! BOOM. So it’s unbelievable important that you get your protein. You don’t want to be skinny fat where your arms jiggle😂😂 The video below is what I figured out for my protein. 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼

From 192 lbs to 141 lbs
Started tirzepatide in July 2025 at 192 pounds and officially stopped on March 2026 at 141 pounds. I lost a total of 51 pounds. Tirzepatide was a tool, but I also worked on changing my habits along the way. I focused on eating better, increasing protein, moving more, and learning how to make choices I could stick with long-term. The biggest change wasn’t just the number on the scale, it was how much better I feel physically and mentally. More energy, more confidence, and a healthier relationship with food. I’m incredibly grateful for this journey and excited to maintain these results moving forward. ❤️
