Reta
I started Retatrutide about four weeks ago. Every morning I wake up and my hands hurt so bad. It’s like every joint in my hand hurts to bend it, but it mostly goes away after about 15 minutes of getting up. Has anyone ever heard of this? And how do I make it stop?

The timing is interesting since it started after the start and joint stiffness isn't a commonly reported side effect but hydration electrolyte shifts or reduced caloric intake can contribute. I'd increase fluids and monitor it. If it continues or there's swelling Id have inflammation markers checked rather than assuming it is Reta. I do take it and have not had that side effect. TY
KPV for acne
I have a friend who is considering Acutane, but really does not want to do it because of the side effects. She is asking about KPV. Does anyone have any experience with this? I do feel like I have seen more and more information out there about it in regards to skin inflammation. I would love anyone’s thoughts.

Hi! I def have been seeing more about KPV for skin inflammation. It has some really interesting anti inflammatory properties and potential benefits. That said, research specifically for acne is still pretty limited. I wouldn't consider it a direct replacement for Accutane. (My daughter did Accutane and yes there are side effects but to date best thing she did for her face). Not sure if anyone else in here has used it specifically for acne would be interested in the results too.
GLP-2 traveling
Can I bring my GLP-2 medication with me in my carry-on luggage when traveling by plane? How many hours can it safely stay outside the refrigerator?

Yes you can but pack in a cool dry area of the bag. I have brought them in my bag with a small ice pack with them in a plastic bag. Refrigerate as soon as you get to your destination. Best if they are NOT reconstituted and in powder form

GHK-cu and it does take some time. You can also use that as a topical but you need to micro needle for best results. You can chat GPT how to mix it for tropical.
