Iβm D one of your Admins. Iβve been in fitness and nutrition my entire life. One thing you learn as you get older is no matter how much you work out and how clean you eat the body still is going to change and in ways you cannot control it. My body goals are to make sure that menopausal belly papoose stays away. π that my muscles stay cut with a side dish of anti-aging π€£
