@Lidia Axe I’m in. Sounds like fun!
What's holding you back?
Here is what is probably happening: - You watch lessons - You tweak your idea - You change your about page (again) - You “plan” your big (re)launch …but then self-doubt comes in. And you do it all over again. No posts. No conversations. No members. Not because you’re not capable — but because building in isolation doesn’t work (for the majority of us). How do I know?? Well, with my 12+ years of business, I know. From my experience. From my clients' experience. Here are the options: - get a buddy (I talk about this all the time) - get a coach (expensive, right? but very effective) - get into the small group 💡 Here is my offer: 🌟 Small Group: 4-Week Community Launch Mastermind. 5 ppl 🌟 ✅ 4x weekly hot seat calls (15, 22, 29 April, 6 May) - $200 value ✅ Personal DAILY accountability/check-in from me + 24h turnaround on feedback needed - $200 value ✅ Access to 30 Days Hackathon, instant - $17 value ✅ 1:1 30-minutes get unstuck call - $75 👉 The goal: launch your community & grow to 100 members in 4 weeks — together! Now, The good news - for beta round: the investment is $50 for $500 of value. The bad news - just 5 people (first come, first serve basis). 1 SPOT LEFT for this group!!! 👉 If you feel this is right for you, jump in, NOW If you have questions, put them down below. If you are late to the party (5 ppl already signed up), express your interest and I will open up another group. Deal?

Fellow Hackers- Community Rules
Does anyone here know if a host's community rules are easily accessible to the members or do hosts have to make them known? I see how hosts set the rules in settings under community, but it appears that as a member it can be a hidden pathway similar to the plans page. Is that the case? Have you seen interesting ways of making community rules known or accessible?

I add the rules as one of the pages under Start Here folder.
This Is Not a Challenge. It’s a Hackathon.
A challenge is something you “try.” A hackathon? That’s different. A hackathon is where people get together for a short, intense period of time and build something real. It’s collaborative. It’s focused. It’s fun. It’s slightly uncomfortable. And it’s about cracking the code. I cracked mine. I just got my first 100 members in my main community 🏆 You are welcome to join when you're ready! Now it's time for you to crack yours. The goal is simple: - 100 members in your community. - Momentum. Proof. Execution. - And yes - a $100 prize. But here’s the real prize: You stop being someone who dreams and become someone who builds. STEP 1. Your Commitment ----> Write It Down Now: “In the next 30 days, I will launch and grow my Skool community to 100 members.” Put it somewhere visible. If you’re brave, post it publicly on whatever platform you’re active on. LinkedIn. Instagram. Facebook. X. Doesn’t matter. Public commitment creates extra pressure. STEP 2. Make a public stake (it's optional, but it does work on some people like magic) Come up with a punishment if you don't do the work, and don't reach your goal in the next 30 days. Here is the idea: Remember, if you hit 100 members in 30 days, I'll send you $100. So, would not it be fair if don’t (because you did not put in enough work), you send me $100. Fair. Clean. Simple. Or choose your own fun public “penalty” — something visible, something playful. No shame. Just skin in the game. STEP 3. Share it here 👇🏻 - Write your commitment - Write your punishment if you feel it will help (optional) - Share a link to the public post with the commitment and punishment (optional) Ready? GO!

In the next 30 days, I want my AI Pathways Hub community to have grown to 100 members of 40 years and older professionals and curious individuals who learned AI tools by trial, error, and YouTube rabbit holes and are now ready to learn and use AI without overwhelm. I know that last word is so "wildly" used, and I am using it not as one of those who throw it out there and only give lip service to it. I will help my 100 members to learn AI the strategical way, thus, overwhelm is abated.

@Lidia Axe Thank you. With your program and encouragement from fellow members I will get there.
Want to Raise Your Chances of Success Up to 95%?
Find your person. Excitement is high in the beginning. It won’t be in a week. By the end of Week 1, motivation drops. That’s normal. The hardest parts come first: - Choosing your niche - Defining your offer - Committing to one direction Even with the custom GPTs and structure, this is where 80% will quietly drop. Here’s what I know: Public commitment is powerful. But personal commitment is stronger. When you commit to everyone, you commit to no one. When you commit to one person, it becomes real. You don’t need 10 accountability partners. You ONLY need one. One person who: - Checks in daily - Asks if you did the work - Pushes you when you hesitate - Doesn’t let you disappear And you do the same for them. That’s how you get through the dip. Do you already have that person? - A friend who wants to build the same - Someone you’ve been chatting with in Skool or another community - Invite them to this group (it's free) and do the work together (make sure you use your referral code, cause it will become paid soon) No? Ask here. 👇🏻 Post below: “I’m looking for an accountability buddy.” All you need is one person who will carry you through the hard days, and you carry them back.

I’m looking for an accountability buddy for my Skool community, AI Pathways Hub. I am an MBA grad, an AI Educator, and a certified master life coach with specialization in reinvention and couple relationships. If your business is in those same fields, we could be a great match!
