NEW WHOLESALER TRYING TO LAND DEAL
New to wholesaling vacant land. Looking for people who can guide me and we can help each other grow. Willing to work with whoever is serious. Haven’t had any luck finding a buyer to get there criteria, any feedback helps.

@Mellison Jason not really.right now I have a buyer and his criteria just trying to figure out the contracts and title company ,not sure how to send the buyer the contract without him seeing the assignment fee

Will the buyer see the assignment fee??
When I’m filling out the assignment contract and I put how much the assignment fee is and how much the Total to be paid by the buyer, won’t they see how much I’m getting when he signs the contract??

@Labuena Lewis how does it work? Because I would have to send the buyer over a Docusign correct? Or do I send the contract to the title company and they handle the signature?

@Jonathan Hutchins so the earnest money on the Purchase and sale agreement is paid by me and the earnest money on the assignment contract is paid by the buyer? Because I would have to get the purchase and sale agreement signed before I can get the buyer to sign the assignment contract

@Felix Liu how do they pay the deposit to you?is that considered the earnest money?or does the earnest money go to the seller?and would it be on the assignment contract or the purchase contract
