I’m focused on scaling my detailing business as much as possible right now, but I’ve been thinking ahead about the seasonal slowdown—especially winter (I know we are past that but still, I’m in Michigan the winter is pretty bad here) My goal is to build systems that keep work coming in year-round, not rely on fallback options when things get slow. What should I be doing right now to prepare for that? Or should I ignore that for now and stay fully focused on scaling?

So I’ve been with R.D for about 10 days now (including free trial), and in that time frame I’ve scheduled over $6000 dollars and had to turn my ad budget down to $10/day because it’s STILL WINTER here in Michigan. Crazy work, but safe to say it’s a good problem to have. Can’t wait to see what we’re doing in spring/summer time!
