Scaling vs Seasonality
I’m focused on scaling my detailing business as much as possible right now, but I’ve been thinking ahead about the seasonal slowdown—especially winter (I know we are past that but still, I’m in Michigan the winter is pretty bad here)
My goal is to build systems that keep work coming in year-round, not rely on fallback options when things get slow.
What should I be doing right now to prepare for that?
Or should I ignore that for now and stay fully focused on scaling?
