GPT 5 Pro vs Claude Opus 4.1 - Analytic Use case
I'm currently building a full stack Conversational AI app for my brand to handle analyzing and recommending optimizations based on Ad metrics. Up until Now, Claude had been my go to since it handled larger data pools with better accuracy and it was slightly better on the creative ideation side (Since our ads have a robust naming system, the name of the ad gives a break down of the entire ad creatives content). Now that GPT 5 Pro is out and making its rounds I've heard it might be the new Gold Standard for accuracy on Large data sets (specifically csv). Anyone have any good insight on this I can consider while building out these API's?

Hi Joseph, Sounds like a great initiative and probably something with wider commercial value. My experience GPT 5 has been very poor, for three reasons: It's slow, it's inaccurate and it's inconsistent. I completed a large sales data analysis project today, and tested both Opus and GPT 5 in the process. Opus was more accurate and the analysis was superior.

3 Reasons You're Still Not Using AI For Your Marketing (Brutally Honest Advice) ๐Ÿ‘Š
Despite marketing being a super vulnerable to the wave of AI Automation, lot's of marketers still refuse to use AI in their workflows... But that's like just standing there waiting to be crushed instead of grabbing a board and surfing it to the shore. In this video I breakdown the most common reasons marketers are reluctant to embrace AI... And spoiler alert, they aren't rational. If you're struggling to find the motivation to start implementing AI systems, this video is for you!

I'd agree that mid-weight+ and strategic and brand roles are probably beyond safe and actually going to increase in importance. In-fact at the point you're paid for your ideas and not your time, your workflow probably won't change much. But that's a relatively small wedge of the entire marketing eco-system... At a guess, I'd wager that 80% of roles or so are comprised of 'doers', which would include roles ranging from SEO, email and ads, to editing, design and dev. And these are the roles that are most vulnerable. The basic argument is: 1. AI will soon increase 80% marketeers productivity by 5-10x 2. It will take approximately 80% less human resource for equivalent output Therefore, 64% of total marketing jobs will be redundant (obviously these are broad brush numbers). You could argue that strategic roles will increase in response, but I can't see it coming close to the number of jobs that will be lost. Equally I doubt businesses will choose use AI to increase their marketing output without banking some major savings. But completely agree on the copywriter front. Marketeers are uniquely positioned to upskill. But unfortunately most aren't.
