Hey everyone, very excited to be here :) I joined a couple days ago and haven't seen many discussions yet, so I thought I'd start one. What aspect of martial arts and/or you working on right now? Mine is making sure I don't strain my hip flexor as it's hurt right now, so mostly taking it easy. How about you guys?
