That 6th podcast is G!! I do tend to do the same thing mentioned on the pod, I apply the “good things” once when I first hear them but then don’t make them a daily cognitive addition to my calls. (Imagine coby practicing throws once and thinking "oh i got it from here") 2nd is how to learn!!! which is understanding the concept not just word tracks (obvious) but this time he went a bit deeper: "how to replicate without copying?" meaning you re looking at literally doing the opposite of word tracks.

Figured out that active listening and being able to read between the lines and then confirming what we heard really plays a big role, with improving those skills coaches can really help decrease resistance.
