I was going through the CC recording, and the first nugget that I learnt was to deflect the prospect when they say that they've tried everything, and you reply, "I mean, it can't be all that bad," and then they say, "I lost 10 LBs and gained it all back". We use this specific phrase as a selling point and tell them why to come to us when they need consistency. Made my first supp sale using the same strategy. More to come this way.
