Thanks so much, Tom. I have been absent for about the past four weeks from CSP. Your mind video was exactly what I needed to reset my compass and get my bearings. I appreciate you so much thanks.
So true
The crabs in the bucket lesson is so true. Anyone who has tried to better them selves has experienced this. The people that have supported you and love you will do this. Although some not intentionally I don’t believe. Once you out grow their concepts of success they loose perspective of what it takes to be more successful than them. Thats when the doubt or fear interferes for them and then they place their fear or doubt on you. We just have to be focused on our own goals.
Sometimes I wonder...
Honestly---as I listen through the material--I often find myself stopping and pondering what was said--not because I don't understand, but because of the depth...and when you truly understand something that is when the real impact is made. Treating employees as people. Interesting. Do you know that? I know I have made that mistake in the past. What about appreciation and value? As an example, I cannot stand it when I go to leave a restaurant, walk past 5 employees standing around the hostess station and literally NONE of them say thank you. Even if I had a great meal, great service--when I walk past them and they don't say thank you on my way out, makes me reconsider if I go back. This is a consistent conversation in my business with my employees. Say thank you to everyone on their way out. Quite simply, they don't have to use my services over someone else. I know personally I prefer to go where I am valued and appreciated and a simple thank you goes so far.

Hi Nicole. I couldn’t agree with you more. Everyone gets a choice of what restaurant they go to, what Doctor they see and just a simple thank you for choosing us can go a long way
Leadership
I met Tom 30 years ago when we were in our 20s. I knew back then that they were something different about the way he thought acted and went about his day. It was always with a purpose. He has helped me form my business into the success that it is today. I can’t thank him enough.
