Do not, under any circumstance do a water test with test strips and present a solution. Your free water test should be designed to build value and show the customer the benefits of what they’re getting while also taking measurement of what’s going on in the water. I say this as a plumber that runs the water treatment division after spending enough quality time working for the big guys in the water treatment industry.
