Thinking about all the possibilities. Is there a need to translate our podcasts into other languages? How would we go about doing that or is that something that the listener would have to do on their end? Haven’t given it much thought til now.

What’s one thing you’ve learned in your podcasting journey that can help the next person (✅good or ❌not so good? Please elaborate so we can get the full picture of your experience. ☺️ I’ll go first: Intake is key for an amazing conversation on my show. I don’t do pre-show interviews and I’ve moved away from interview style. Fireside chats are key for my show. With a robust but carefully crafted intake form I’m able to capture the essence of who the person is and decide if they will be a great guest (discernment is an amazing tool also😃). From there we have an great time and the feedback later is usually the same: that they had an amazing time with me and the experience was wonderful. So I’d say get a really great intake system set up.
