Spiritual but not Successful
You have had many spiritual experiences, and moments when everything was perfect, but these always remained only as faded memories. When you look at your life, you see the meaningless, inactive shadow of yourself, which has lost any sense of authentic identity. How to integrate our Insights? How to embody our awakening? -Become the holistic hero- Being holistic means embracing the whole, not just the individual parts. It means understanding that the whole is more than the sum of its parts. If we look at health/fitness in isolation, we say, "Just stop eating sugar." But if we don't include the psychological dimension and ask ourselves what the client is trying to compensate for with the sugar, we're merely treating symptoms, not the root cause. Everything in the world, and within us, is interconnected. Existence itself is an integral system; everything is one, and only our minds create separation through definition. - It's pointless to train your body hard while your mind remains weak. - It's pointless to work hard to build a full wallet while your soul remains empty. - What's the point of being strong if you're enslaved by the job market? - What's the point of being rich if you kill yourself? Success in every area of life is wonderful, and having a lot of money and a good body should be celebrated, but if it's the only thing we focus on, we remain incomplete and empty inside. So train, meditate, read, work on your dreams, cultivate healthy relationships, reflect, eat healthily, and love your fking life, every breath and act is a reason for celebration. This will create an upward spiral that breaks through every known limitation. Because we are collectively evolving for the first time into truly whole human beings. So let's stop living in our little made-up stories and let's start becoming the force we were born to be.
