I've had many discussions with atheists. A common argument is the kalam cosmological argument which argues that there is a necessity for God to exist. Here's a very easy to read and valuable PDF that addresses some arguments against the Quran's preservation. Although these aren't the most common arguments against Islam overall, they are the most common arguments regarding the Quran's authenticity. Let me know if you'd like access to more dawah sources.

So why have I summoned all you DOD soldiers to this new skool community? Good question! It's because........in the the next couple of weeks we will be launching DOD's very first course. This course will be taught by yours truly. Inshallah it will be officially launched in the next two weeks and the plan is to begin instruction on Monday April 28th. Now I'm sure you have questions.
