Today’s blend is: 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗺 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱 A gentle herbal tea for clear thoughts, steady energy, and a calmer mind. This is a lovely blend for those moments when your brain feels scattered, your to-do list feels loud, or you want to sit down with your journal and actually hear yourself think. 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐦 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞 🌿 𝟭 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗺 Traditionally used to support a calm mood, nervous system balance, and gentle emotional steadiness. 🌱 𝟭 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘁𝘂 𝗞𝗼𝗹𝗮 Traditionally used to support mental clarity, focus, and a more grounded mind. 🫖 ½ 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘁 Refreshing, cooling, and supportive for digestion and alertness. 🌿 ¼ 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 Aromatic and clarifying, traditionally used to support memory, circulation, and mental sharpness. 🌹 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹: ¼ part Rose Petals A beautiful heart-softening addition for emotional support and a gentle floral note. 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗜𝘁 Mix your dried herbs in a clean glass jar. Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup of hot water. Pour just-boiled water over the herbs. Cover and steep for 8–10 minutes.
