I'm pretty good with my time management, In Portugal I had a different life, no deadlines, a Portuguese saying " Amanya" means tomorrow, so it was " will get it done tomorrow" so that's the mentality I adopted, but still got things done...now I'm re-focused and motivated so getting things done very quickly.

Interesting question.... I use to say my Wing's were plucked ( surname is Wing) so now I have the opportunity to grow them back and spread them out like I use to.

Would you put the mask on yourself first?
So, most of us have sat in a plane and gone through the emergency procedures multiple times and we remember we are supposed to put the masks on ourself before our kids. How does this apply to you and your normal life outside of a plane?

Interesting post, Look after yourself first, because you are useless if you don't take care of your mind, body and soul...you cannot heal, guide & teach others if you are broken inside.
