Disaster: Need help...
Dear JK and esteemed team members, I have come to know the following things that will hinder my clients and investors progress. Please read carefully: 1. Government of India allows buying of property in the US. 2. The property should be held in personal name and not an LLC. 3. If my client wishes to hold several properties then he has to form an LLC for asset protection. 4. More over, if my clients wish to avail DSCR loan, then they prefer to have an LLC. It is a catch 22 kind of situation. I want urgent replies as I am planning to visit the US along with them to finalise. Please reply asap.

@Prasad Gadkari That definitely sounds like a situation worth getting clear on before you and your clients make the trip. I’ve seen how the right ownership structure can make a big difference when financing and asset protection are involved. I’d be curious to hear more about the properties your clients are considering and what the lender is asking for. Maybe there’s a way to structure it that solves both sides of the problem.
This Sunday I'm teaching the whole business model live (free, one time)
Quick announcement, and then I need something from you. This Sunday, August 30 at 2 PM Eastern, I'm hosting a free, fully live masterclass, and it's different from what I normally do here. Not a Q&A, not a topic deep-dive. The entire cash flow business model, start to finish, in one sitting. The way I'd explain it to a smart friend who has savings, has been researching for a year, and is tired of not owning anything. Here's the structure: 1. The Capital Plan. How to fund your first door with about $20,000, and which strategy fits your money. 2. The Deal Machine. The market-first system for finding $75,000 to $100,000 houses where the government backs the rent. 3. Paid Like Clockwork. Pass the inspection first try, place a tenant who protects the house, and collect government-backed rent on the 1st. Then a real deal analyzed live, every expense counted, and open Q&A for as long as it takes. Even if you've been in this community a while, you have not seen this. I've taught the pieces. I've never assembled the machine in order, on camera, in one session. That's what Sunday is. Now the part where I need you. Drop your single biggest Section 8 question in the comments below. The one that's actually keeping you from moving. Not the polite version, the real one. Money questions, market questions, "is this actually legit" questions, all fair game. I'm reading every comment this week and building parts of the session directly around what this room asks. So if your question is in this thread, there's a good chance you hear it answered on stage Sunday. Save your seat here: https://investingsection8.com/masterclass And stay to the end Sunday, because everyone who does gets my Section 8 Inspection Checklist, free. As always, I'm Joseph Khateri. Have a nice day.
