Day 14 - How to Automate Social Media Content from Your RSS Feed with n8n
Hi, this is G. Another build in public post. hehe Hey — I wanted to share this workflow I built, in case someone here finds it useful. I also wrote the full tutorial (plus download link) on my website if you want to check it out. This is nothing fancy like what Nate Herk or the other does. LOOL I just did this ensure I am committed to documenting my daily work and build in public growth. Here’s what the workflow does: - Monitors my blog RSS feed for new posts - Scrapes the full article content - Cleans it up and parses the structure - Sends it to OpenAI to generate tailored content per platform - Saves each version to a specific tab in Google Sheets - Optional: generates AI-based square images and saves them to Drive The goal? Help me turn one blog post into 5–6 community-native social posts across LinkedIn, Reddit, Skool, X (Twitter), and YouTube Community. But here's the twist: I don’t auto-post on traditional channels. I engage in community-based spaces — and I still edit a lot manually to fit each audience. That’s why everything lands in Google Sheets first. BUUUUT I use Post-Bridge to bulk schedule posting. You should check it out. The full tutorial and downloadable workflow are on my site (https://www.giangallegos.com/how-to-automate-social-media-content-from-your-rss-feed-with-n8n/). If you use it or have questions, drop a comment there and I’ll help out. Always happy to connect with fellow builders doing things their own way.
