We Just Hit 100 Team Members
Team, We did it. In just 10 days, we've built a clubhouse of 100 founding members. Because of this, I've decided to make a big change to accelerate our mission. Effective today, the Rugby Everest community is remaining 100% FREE to join. My goal is to get as many dedicated players in here as possible. The free and open clubhouse will be our foundation. Our deep-dive blueprints, the Classrooms, will now be premium, paid courses for new members. FOR YOU, THE 100 FOUNDERS: My promise to you stands. What should we build next ? (I want your input)
My only goal here is to build a club that gives you exactly what you need to get better. To do that, I need to know what's on your mind. Your input is super important for where we go next. I have two simple questions for you: 1. What is the #1 thing you want me to create a new module or course on ? (e.g., a specific position, clip breakdown, leadership, nutrition, etc.) 2. For the classrooms, would you prefer it video based, text based or a combination of both ? That's it. No idea is too small or too "stupid." Drop your thoughts in the comments below. Let's build this thing together.

1. Nutrition🥗– Would it be possible to have a module focused on nutrition? Even if we’re not high-level athletes, nutrition plays a huge role in performance and energy. Sometimes people skip breakfast or avoid eating before a rugby session because they’re afraid it’ll make them feel heavy or less efficient — but isn’t eating before and after training (like with a protein shake after a gym session )actually essential for good performance and recovery? Even just a few tips or feedback on this topic would be super valuable. Additionally a focus on specific positions could be really valuable and interesting. Personally, I’m quite a versatile player and I really enjoy playing in the backline — either on the wing, at inside centre or outside centre. Would it be possible to have some modules that dive deeper into the different roles, decision-making, positioning, and key skills for each of these positions? (For example, understanding when to stay wide vs come in, how to time runs, or how to better read the defence when playing at 12 or 13).✨ I think this kind of detailed breakdown could really help players to develop smarter game awareness and confidence in different roles😊. 2. And for the classroom I think a combination of both ( video and text) would be lovely ! I am also a visual learner, especially in rugby 😊.

Hi, my name is Océane. I’m a rugby player from Mauritius. I played for two years in England (Mostly 15s), and now that I’m back home, I train with the Mauritius women’s team in 7s . My Positions : center and wing. My main focus right now is on developing my speed, decision-making, and game awareness so I can bring more impact to my team. I also want to improve my kicking game. Rugby has given me incredible opportunities to grow both on and off the field, and my goal is to keep pushing myself to compete at the highest level possible.
