Hi all, can someone help and explain to me why I would need to disclose the fee to the buyer when I come into the deal as a seller on their end, and come to the seller as a buyer. - Normally a Real estate Agency does not disclose their fees to buyers only sellers who muse their service; so why would disclose the assignment fee? or is it based on the transaction?
