What apps are you using for cold calls?
I have used TextNow and they banned my free number because I made too many phone calls in a day . I can’t used google voice because I already made an account with them from my other business.

Do you need/should you have a LLC to get started?
Has anyone ran into issues when starting off because they didn't have an llc? or is this just another reason my brain is asking to procrastinate starting??

I also have a HVAC business and started my business while I was still in school lol. I was a newbie and took hours at the jobsite but honestly I took that risk and it paid out . Eventually I had experience and made a llc and went from there .
