Hi someone here recommended I fast for 48 hours .. has anyone tried it? Was it hard at first? I don’t mean intermittent fasting …. but just water for 48 hours… I’m thinking of trying it…
I've done a juice fast, it wasn't too bad. It provides some nutrients as well as hydration. The digestive process takes a lot of energy to break down food. When your body takes a break from digesting your body has energy for other tasks like detoxing and healing.
What do u eat for breakfast? Just curious… I always have a smoothie but they say protein powder isn’t good for u .. so thinking of new ideas .. with no dairy, or gluten 💖
Every Sunday my family enjoys good ole bacon and eggs. Other days I prefer lighter breakfasts like yogurt and berries or fruit smoothies as well with a yogurt base and chia seeds for extra fiber
