💪 PROTEIN TRACKING - MARCH MISSION
For those who committed to tracking protein this month, here's your quick guide: **Your target:** 0.8-1.2g protein per kg body weight **How to calculate:** → Weight in kg × 1.0 = your daily protein goal → (If you know your weight in pounds: pounds ÷ 2.2 = kg) **How to track:** → Use an app (MyFitnessPal, Cronometer) OR → Estimate by hand (see protein guide in Resources tab - coming soon) **Quick protein reference:** → 1 egg = 6g → Greek yogurt (170g) = 15-20g → Chicken breast (100g) = 31g → Lentils (1 cup) = 18g **Your turn:** Drop below: → Your target (in grams) → Are you tracking? If yes, how's it going? I'll help troubleshoot if you're struggling to hit your numbers. 🔬

🙏 A PRAYER FOR MARCH
As we step into this new month, I want to pray over this community. Heavenly Father, Thank You for each person in The Scalp Science Lab - the stylists, the clients, the seekers. Thank You for bringing us together. I pray Your blessing over this community: May every person struggling with hair loss, scalp conditions, or the frustration of not having answers find breakthrough - not just solutions, but peace in the process. **For the practitioners:** Give wisdom, patience, and confidence to those serving clients. May their hands be instruments of healing. **For the clients:** Meet them where they are. May they find not just healthier hair, but hope restored. **For each life here:** You know what each person is walking through - family struggles, health battles, daily pressures. Meet their needs. Strengthen them. Remind them they're not alone. May The Lab be more than education. May it be a community where people feel seen, valued and supported. Where science and compassion walk hand in hand. Give me wisdom to lead well, teach clearly and never lose sight of why this matters - because people matter. Keep my heart humble and my purpose pure. Lord, I commit this month and every person here to You. May March be a month of growth, healing and connection. In Jesus' name, Amen. 🙏 Grateful for each of you. Let's make this a good month. 🔬

📊 New Resource Available: The Elasticity Audit
The first diagnostic tool is now in the Resources tab. **What it does:** Tests your hair's structural integrity in 60 seconds. You'll discover if your breakage is caused by: • Lipid deficit (hair snaps like glass → needs slip agents) • Protein weakness (hair stretches like gum → needs amino acids) • Mechanical damage (hair springs back → needs friction reduction) **Why this matters:** You can't fix a lipid deficit with protein. You can't fix protein weakness with oil. You need to know YOUR physics problem first. **How to use it:** 1. Download the PDF from Resources 2. Find a shed strand (not a broken one) 3. Complete the test 4. Post your results in the "Audit Results" thread Then we'll help you interpret what it means and match you to the right protocol. Assessment before Action. 🔬
