Here's a new heavy bag combination for your Panantukan skills. More on this in the Panantukan Heavy Bag course. Also...I just uploaded a guided heavy bag workout in that course as well. Also.... I dropped the Premuim Membership back down to $19. Why? I don't want cost to be a barrier to learning this art and I'm really just trying to cover my cost of running the Kali collective. I still plan on developing the courses as well as solo training guidance, but I need to focus more on the school right now. Let me know what you think of this combination and heavy bag drill!
