We're often incredibly good at spotting our weaknesses and focusing on what we can do better! We think about the skills we can't do yet, the strength we don't have, the form that still needs improving, or how much further we have left to go. But we rarely stop and look back at how far we've actually come. Maybe you're now training consistently every week when you used to struggle with motivation. Maybe you've learned to listen to your body instead of pushing through every ache. Maybe you finally got your first pull-up, your first handstand, or you've simply built a routine you're proud of. No accomplishment is too small. Every step forward counts. So here's my question for you: 👇 What are you most proud of in your calisthenics journey so far? It can be a skill, a strength milestone, better discipline, a healthier mindset, improved consistency, or absolutely anything else. I'd love to hear your story, and I'm sure it'll inspire the rest of the community too❤️
