Practicing the movement with low intensity (RPE) is very important so you're able to train 3-4 times a week instead of 1-2 Doing 10 sets of e.g. handstand holds, 1-2 pull ups if you can do 4-5, tuck FL if you can do advanced While staying at RPE 8 max RPE is rate of perceived exertion, how hard you think the set was. 10 meaning you couldn't have done more, 8 meaning 2 Reps In Reserve (RIR) I've improved my FL from tuck to full with a weak resistance band and it serves true because your body needs practice in the beginning and learning the movement All for today See you bro, keep overloading

Hi everyone, I am Elijah and I am 14, and I am finally committing to calisthenics. I can do around 15 pull-ups in a row and 40 something pushups. I have been weightlifting but recently decided to convert to calisthenics.
