Welcome! This is going to be a space to learn more than anything else. I want to provide insight for those looking to learn more about wellness, fitness, family life, and anything in between--and learn from you what your experiences have been! So as you get into this community, I'm curious to see what kind of setup you might have as far as a gym goes: Is it a home gym, a high school gym, a college, or a fitness club? Let me know! (Bonus points if you share a picture of the setup.)

I don't do much lifting or equipment using. My setup consists up at home workouts, stairs, yoga, YouTube exercise, etc. I've been meaning to get a membership at the Y but it hasn't happened yet. I'm excited about this platform 😁
