Spider-Man Workout Circuit
Hi Everyone, Not sure if anyone has seen the "Viral" bodyweight endurance circuit that's been circulating by Tom Holland. In the video he mentions one of his favorite workouts is this called "Cindy". I've made all my clients try this routine this week and I think it'll be fun for everyone here to give a shot including me. WORKOUT ROUTINE: - 5 Pull Ups - 10 Push Ups - 15 Squats Time Cap: 20 Min - As Many Rounds As Possible *Tom Holland Best: 27 Rounds HOW MANY ROUNDS DID YOU DO?

@Warren James I had to try it 😅 I managed 28 rounds (after actually counting them when I watched the video back 😂). Not sure how clean all the reps were though!

@Warren James 🙏🔥 Definitely feeling it now though 😅
Parralletes recommendations?
Need my first pair of parralletes. Any recommendations? Beginner friendly but will last as I progress.

Tuck Planche progression
First time I managed free tuck both on mini parallettes and on the floor. Feet finally came high enough into position.

My Calisthenics Journey — 2 Months In 💪
Hi everyone! 👋 I’m really happy to be here and excited to be part of this community! 💪 I started calisthenics about two months ago. I don’t have a coach, so I’ve been training by myself at home and learning by watching other people’s videos and trying to learn from their experience. Right now, I’m working on my handstand, back lever, and pull-ups. I’m still learning and improving, but I really enjoy the process and wanted to share a little part of my journey with you. I’m really looking forward to learning from all of you and benefiting from your experience. 🙌 Happy to be here! ❤️

Handstand Progressions Test
Testing out some of your handstand progressions from the HS video the other day 🤸‍♂️ Still working on the form — just getting a feel for the movements. - Pike Press Raises - Pike Press to 90° HS - Face to wall HS PU. (It’s much heavier than the back to wall versions).

@Zehraan Ruhomutally I see. Maybe instead of chasing more reps, try making those 3–5 reps harder? Elevated pike push-ups or even a little added weight could help break the plateau 💪
